Jonathan Vega

In 2015, one month after graduating High School, 18-year-old Jonathan Vega turned a small tutoring job, that helped him pay for his gas and outings, into his career.

Starting off working as an assistant to a Top Producing Real Estate Agent, Jonathan learned the ins and outs of the business through the eyes of a veteran in the industry. After working alongside the Top Producer for 3 years, Jonathan branched out on his own to start his business. Being 21 years old at one of South Florida's most prestigious real estate firms, Jonathan was now one of the youngest agents in the Brokerage.

With Jonathan's determination and willingness to work hard, he quickly entered into the luxury market and has closed properties in Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami, Kendall, Brickell, Downtown, Miami Beach, and more. Being born and raised in Pinecrest and attending the public schools in the area, Jonathan is assisting clients right in his backyard.

Mixing his experience, enthusiasm, and work ethic, Jonathan uses untraditional and unique forms of marketing to promote his listings. As marketing changes due to technology and social media, Jonathan avidly keeps up with the trends to stay relevant to consumers and the media. His online presence in social media has resulted in sales; for example, in 2019, Jonathan sold a New Construction home where the Buyer saw a social media post promoting an open house.

Jonathan is a savvy young agent and his deep passion is evident in all the work he does to help his clients, which is what makes him different from the rest. No matter where you place him, Jonathan will always be the hardest worker in the room and will always go above and beyond for his clients.

Personal Life

On the side, Jonathan's passion is being able to inspire and help others. In May of 2019, he started a YouTube channel with the sole purpose of documenting his journey to becoming the “#1 Real Estate Agent in Miami.” The reason for this channel is to showcase his inventory, educate on real estate, and show others that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and put in the work.

Jonathan truly enjoys giving back to others and to the community. Upon graduating from FIU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate, Jonathan celebrated by jumping into the ocean with his cap and gown. Upon posting the video on social media, it received close to 1,000,000 views. Since people loved the idea, Jonathan arranged an event to get a larger crowd of graduates to jump in the water with their caps and gowns, but this time, it would be to Stand Up To Cancer. Jonathan partnered with Are You Kidding Socks so that attendees could purchase their socks and proceeds would go to the Stand Up To Cancer Organization. That same night, Jonathan and the crowd made it on Channel 7 News and Telemundo.

Another way Jonathan gives back to the community is by visiting High School students, attending Career Day in several different schools, and hosting Leadership Development courses. He has visited dozens of classrooms speaking to students about what they could do to begin improving their lives and providing them with the advice they can actually implement now. Since Jonathan is young and understands their mindset, the students are able to relate to him and truly understand his points.
