Once we see your home, we are able to give you an accurate price opinion of the property. The price of your home is determined by seeing what similar comparable homes are selling for in your area. We will work together to determine the best pricing strategy for your property.

PREPARE YOUR HOME FOR SHOWINGS
Once we decide on a price, we’ll point out what needs to be done before there are thousands of eyes viewing it. If necessary, we’ll bring in a home stager to do the staging for you.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
When the home is ready, it's time for a photo and video shoot! We will schedule a day and time to have our team of trusted photographers take some of the most beautiful pictures of your home. On the photo day, we will be hands-on with the photographer and also create video marketing materials for social media.

Once the photos and videos are ready, it's time to let the world know about it!
